01 Acceptance of Terms

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) me77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your me77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. me77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. me77 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify me77 support immediately.

me77 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as required by applicable regulations. Acceptable KYC documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

me77 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability.

All transactions on me77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the me77 cashier at the time of transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

me77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your me77 bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• me77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method that me77 determines to be abusive will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

08 Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of me77's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me77 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the me77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

me77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your me77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

me77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. me77 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

11 Privacy & Data

me77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the me77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments
